I would say once a food has been broken down in structure or composition, it is no longer whole. I have found from experience that wholefoods are more nutritious and filling. The most effective and wholesome food I know of is Ankh Rah High quality Moringa. Here https://youtu.be/LnetmcmceRE is an interesting video which explains why it is a cut above the rest.
