Re: To Do long water fast during college days

So after the fast make sure you stay on raw plant based diet. Since you are only fasting for a short period you don't need to worry about how you break your fast, even then it is best to break your fast with organic orange, lemon, grapefruit, tomato or watermelon. Slowly build your appetite. The cleansing will continue.

Well water is best, but drink warm water. People who do not know what fasting is and how nature makes things will say things like "you are killing yourself", you are starving", you need to see a psychiatrist"' etc.

You can always try to educate them. Nature makes all living things with a program not to eat everyday, lion does not get to eat everyday, elephant doesn't get to eat everyday, for six million years two legged animal also had no choices. If nature does not have that rule it would fail, all living things would have very small life.

Also know what starvation means. When we eat partial foods, foods that are processed and our body does not recognize those foods, our body then robs itself by taking necessary nutrients from the reserves to keep it functioning. If that continues we get diseased and die. Opposite of it is if you don't eat anything but water, your body converts all junk, scar tissues, and fat into glucose (ketones)and other necessary nutrients. But if one eats even a small amount during that period the digestive system becomes active and looks for nutritional storage, starvation starts. Animals know this the best, when they are sick they stop eating.

Drink water as per thirst, too much water is taxing your kidneys. You want all organs to rest. Hunger pangs are a part of fasting, drink hot water like tea if it is too unbearable.

Good wishes.
