My condition- Message reffers to White Shark

Hi white shark(im writing a public topic to get more opinions instead of private message),
Wanted to get your opinion about my case and i approach to you because i agree with almost all of your statements about the allergies and on this forum .(english isn't my first language so ignore my misspellings)

I had EC since age 14 (currently im 22), at this period i moved to a new school and had new braces on, i was in a bad mentally shape at the time because i got bullied a lot, Also started smoking cigarettes.

I remmember that at the time i got cold sores, and my lips got dried at this time.
Started using all kinds chapsticks and biting the dry skin off and if i got my lips wet it would get white and wiped off( still does get white lips)

Used to get constant dierreha since same age i guess, and my tongue has white coating(still does)

Now to the positive point

Im gluten free and on kind of candida(eating white rice though) diet for about 4/5 weeks now.

I used to get very oily skin every day- this symptom also mostly gone (95% improvment).
Diarrhea is gone with diet and probiotics intake.

My Acne is almost gone, once a week maybe i get a tiny pimple nothing noticeable.

I used to get on the last 4 months dandruff on my head and eyebrows, this symptom is completely gone.

Had itchy red patches on face those are gone as well.

After shower i would get red itchy patches (hives) on my upper body and neck- those also mostly gone once in a few days i see a little one after shower but compared to the state it was its practically a miracle.


So i'm feeling great and all off my symptoms and skin problems are mostly gone except of the Exfoliative cheilitis, any tips to continue my treatment?


Remaining symtomps are Exfoliative cheilitis and white tongue- can upload on pictures if necessery.

BtW, i used to have normally fast heart rate something between 90-110 at rest.

This symptom is also gone since stopped smoking cigarettes and improvement since diet.
I think it may be connected to something i ate ot another allergy of some sort, correct me if i'm wrong please.
