Re: Can I take multiple oils and herbs together
oil in oil soluble and then in water or alcohol bioavailable and the process to make essential oil is it cold pressed or steam and the integrity?
COLD PRESSED surely would be BEST and I don't think I have ever read that anyone tries this other than with peppermint because mints have allot of oil and cold pressing with huge pressure could make that possible.
Otherwise Steam is how they use to make most essential oils---then the scientist went to solvents so they could produce faster and more and then to synthetics once an essential oil became popular enough to justify the lab expense to create faked products.
I had the goal of reselling the top 10 steam distilled essential oils for human health…..by top 10, I mean top 10 selling, because if they are not sale able it makes no difference how good they are--often the best may be way to expensive for people to buy and therefor never become popular.
I had that goal because one of the top men in the business was willing to educate me about them---but when it came time to translate and send me the info on "why" and "what for", his upper boss got rid of him and he went out and started his own smaller company and then his gov shut his e-mail service down so he could not communicate with America aka "me"….
Essential Oil books sold in America are not worth reading, you can't trust many of that garbage……because much if not all they are writing about is solvent or synthetic products that they don't even know what they are promoting/selling.
the TOP 10 are the essential oils that are sold world wide to commercial interest that use them in numerous ways of food and health products AS WELL as by countries for human health. I got as far as knowing the top 10, obtaining the top 10, but was never able to obtain what each was used for and how they use it……..it seems that type of info is very secretive or they fear governments will see it as too much information that threatens medical interest.
After many months---the parent company--the mega pharmaceutical company will take my orders---basically as long as I ask no questions and they put a girl in charge who acts as though she is 98% ignorant and rarely ever responds--so her boss will respond and ask if she ever did her job and basically she never does her job and when she tries to do her job, she sends the wrong amount.
NOT knowing why/how an essential oil is used for human health---leaves it up to extremely mild use, such as mixing a dropper with a quart of water and using in the air freshen type machines and breath the air while you sleep……..otherwise to take externally is an extreme self-experimentation and it took me years to understand and feel 100% safe with large amounts of Oregano Oil in every possible situation---because after all, it is just an herb.
So on one hand, an essential oil can be used frequently / daily and with all ages and all type of animals and babies, even new borns, etc……while on the other extreme, herbs like wormwood/wormseed oil would be no more than 1-2 drops per day for no longer than 30 days for an adult doing adult self-experimentation….
It would be rare to find any of the suppliers/resellers to ever suggest a human can consume an essential oil---they all fear the watch dogs of government that work to protect medical interest………….THE BEST author was the author that his life was saved with oregano oil…..but as he became healthy and corrupted seeking more wealth---his following books were worthless….
Dr. Hulda Clark went wild with writing about consuming essential oils and suggested huge doses and basically her last 10 years was not to be trusted at all.
She was writing that garlic gives you cancer and that drinking mexican water was a cure for cancer and that she cured all cancers---which proved nothing she wrote could be trusted unless "you" knew the basics and could identify what was OK and what she was writing that was bad for your health.
So authors are a waste of time on the subject of essential oils----unless you could an author that wrote a chinese or russian book and could read their language and truest the author.
THE ONLY REAL WAY TO KNOW is to use 1 essential oil at a time in various ways of application and use your own body as the "subject" and that takes an enormous amount of time---I have spent 20 years self-experimenting with Oregano Oil and I have no doubt I have more faith in real oregano oil than anyone else on this planet by far.
If I could only take 1 herb with me to go live on an Island and never have anything modern ever again---it would be as much oregano oil as they would allow me to take and my bet is that many of the other essential oils are of value.
Peppermint Oil has been used for a long time by the amish---they sale it under the name po po oil and use it for their endless babies that have breathing problems…..
Eucalyptus Oil is amazing.
Garlic essential oil is potent stuff and wonderful…….onion oil may be good, but it cost so much that I will probably never try it…..and many essential oils are so expensive that I will never try them.
