Thank you for that advice. I was going to start using salt right away because I thought I'd be depleted. Himilaian pink Sea Salt is what I buy. I'm still fasting so just water right now. I forgave myself the broth and continued on.
I have a day and a half left now to reach the goal I had set. If I go beyond that, I'm ok with it but I think I'll start on Watermelon on Monday. I feel really weak, sick and tired today. Just staying in bed. I'm also so cold though it's summer and not a bad temperature. My stomach feels so empty which is funny because it has been this whole time.
I thought I'd have Watermelon and melon the first two or three days. Then cook a vegetable only soup. Maybe some green beans. I still crave that lettuce but I could probably just put lemon and olive oil on it without the salt.
