Re: 6 months post removal still suffering

Hi, I understand it's been close to 5 years since this message. I'm currently a Mirena crash victim myself and am going through the exact same symptoms, the worst being insomnia. I'm 43 and doctor expressed it's perimenopause, but didn't pay attention to my explanation on the Mirena and what it has caused in so many woman. So, antidepressants and sleep aid was prescribed. I haven't taken any of that, hoping to be able to overcome this naturally with the right supplements and exercises. Question:
How are you doing today?
Did your insomnia go away?
How long before you began to notice a change and sis this really get better?

Being that this happened to you around my age at the moment, it would be nice to follow your journey. Any feedback would help greatly. Thank you kindly.
