Hi there Exxtol, I have xerostomia as well as EC and would be very grateful if you could let us know if any of your Sjorgen's syndrome medications help your EC. I am particularly interested in whether you think saliva stimulant's like pilcoapren help the condition in any way, if you have tried those?
