Hows it going bud, i made an account here just to give my 2 cents, i too have done my 1st flush 2 days ago about 480+ small stones came out and about 32 or so larger stones came out the largest were 1.5-2.15 cm... I wante to let you know to look in to lymph drainage exercises they will help with the throat tension and look in to stones in tencils, they are easily removed with a swab. I persannly will wait 2 weeks before i do my next flush because i can not wait any longer, i had an organ shut down and then performed the flush. I had some abdominal pain since the flush but it is settling. Hope it helps... eat them apples at night they are gold for the liver =) Tweet
