thanks everyone!

i feel bad that i didn't do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) today, i honestly couldn't even get water down... and then my mom made me lemonade, so i felt a bit better, but the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is to be done on an empty stomach, so I decided against it. I wish i had just been able to do it and felt better sooner... i will definetly tea tonight and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow...
