Liposuction for the big parasites?

Losing all my hair! For a female this is not okay. I still have parasites and now barely any hair left from treating with Wormwood and pyrantel. Hoping someone has come up with something new to try. I am keeping the eggs and larve under control for the most part, but the hepitica gigantica wont budge. Anyone try liposuction to get the ones in the belly fat? I need drastic measures. This has crippled me for too long.
