If you ever have another attack take a large dose of Epsom Salt asap.

A good gradual cleanse is 1 beet every day. If it works then you stay on this for life and never have to worry again.

Mini beet protocol by robert sarbacher or the shortened version as I call it 1 beet per day.

To answer your question, there is no specific timing other than wait about 2 weeks in between regular flushes. I question that bit of dogma but a lot of people seem to follow that rule. The liver has no exact 2 week cycle afaik.
