wondering about timing between gradual liver cleanse recipe and full liver cleanse

Can't do a full cleanse right now....does anyone know..if I follow the gradual recipe cleanse can I do a full Clark cleanse anytime after or should I wait a period of time? Have had 2 days of gallbladder attacks and have never flushed before.
