Lip problems - help?

I'm 17 male and I can't tell if I have EC. My lips have been bothering me for at least 20 days, and I can't figure it out. I would peel the skin off, then harder skin would just come back. I also have Celiac disease, but I've maintained a gluten free diet for years. This is bothering and affecting me a lot. Also, recently I haven't had much of an appetite and recently found out I had lost weight since last time I had checked Tweet
