Tongue pains

This came up in sudden onset.. the tip of my tongue felt all these sharp prickles as if splinters.. and it changed into a feeling as if you had burnt your tongue and smaller splinters..

also there is a new pain after a few days of the tip of tongue feeling like that, I feel a very sore spot in the left side deep back part under the tongue and this is extremely felt upon swallowing today..

and there is a sore on the inner bottom lip and my lips were puffy and tingly this morning, not as much now

What could help this?
turpentine parasite cleanse? Iodine protocol? magnesium? any ideas? thanks
