21 day water fast (unsupervised)
Hi ive started a water fast.I'm on the 5th day I plan on doing 21 days or even longer with the intention to lose weight, I'm taking it one day at a time. The first two days was hard but not as hard as I assumed its got easier since then, and now I don't have any hunger. I am very paranoid as family and friends around me are very concerned saying how I'm having a mental breakdown pursuing this. I live on my own so the thought of something happening does slightly concern me but the minute I feel unwell I will break the fast but just worried I might go sleep and never wake up LOL.
Anyway I think that's enough of the backstory I'm curious about few things. Firstly my sleeping pattern has been terrible I fall asleep thinking I might get 10 hours instead I wake up after 3 hours but weirdly I feel energised.
Secondly I didn't go doctors before starting the fast I planned on getting a blood test during the fast but called the doctors they said that it would take more than a week for results to come in so I didn't see the point. I did however check my blood pressure using a diabetic machine and it was 4.7 which concerned me slightly is this normal?
The past five days have been pretty remarkable I feel like I've gained willpower I've not been able to stick to anything in a while. I feel like this journey will help me. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? or if I'm doing the fast correctly?
