Any fast should be ended in a slow weaning process.

To do otherwise can completely undue the benefits you have gained.

Fresh sqeezed oj is best.
Then move to a broth ,
a natural homemade veg broth would be nice/ strain off vegs.
and light smoothies (no dairy)

Then move into fruits/ salads and light soups, vegetables,
and last (if you eat them) the grains and starches.

A rule of thumb of fasting is 1/3-1/4 time of your fast to equal the weaning process.

Thus if you do a 10 day fast, about 2 and a half days
should be a good weaning time.
If you do a 20 day fast,
then about 5-7 days should be your wean off time.
