In the US we tend to be ruined by all the professionally processed foods we Are exposed to. In other countries they are exposed to foods from childhood we might consider unpalatable, yet they are extremely healthy foods. Exposure to different foods with an open mind is by far the best way to adjust to unfamiliar foods. Our grandparents ate every part of the animal, including the brains, feet ears and all of pigs, as well as the liver. We are ruined by modern processed foods and are the worst for it.
