Re: Vitamin D deficiency prescription

I'm halfway through vitamin D3 treatment, but I'm quitting because it still causes GI issues the same as before. I've been suffering to get through 50,000IU once per week, which is equal to 7,100 IU per day. Does this mean my gut still hasn't healed in order to absorb this vitamin without issues?

I still plan on taking a lower dose of D3 after this week's dose wears off. Maybe 1,000 or 2,000 IU, which is a significantly lower dose.
