Re: Angioedema while fasting

I had exactly the same reaction while fasting recently. I have never had angioedema and am not on any medications. My bottom lip swelled significantly and did not improve with Benadryl. The next morning I looked like a chipmunk with swelling of my lower jaw. I have had intermittent swelling of my eyelids and puffiness of my hands and feet while fasting. I had to take a course of prednisone for the first time in my life. I had a complete lab panel and allergy panel which were negative. I feel fine otherwise. I think it is toxins leaving fat stores. Crazy stuff!
