stay hydrated

do breathing exercises, get that energy flowing to your muscles

activity helps cleanse the system. i try to walk at least 30 minutes every day

i read that after 10 to 11 days your energy will increase.

congrats on reaching day 8! i have only been able to do 7 days in my last 2 fasting attempts
