First time on a Water Fast and going into day 8. I've been have some pretty bad acid reflux/heartburn in the last two days, as well as some acidic burps and some cramping stomach. Is that something that'll go away, or should I add a little lemon or something to my water?
I'm about 204lbs and 5'4'', have been eating pretty badly before this and didn't really prepare for the fast before aside from a couple days of intermittent fasting to get used to less food.
It's kind of sad that I don't have the ability to rest all the time or be away from my responsibilities. I have school and work all longish distance from where I live. Is that also going to affect my Fast a lot? The school activities and often very physical as it's an acting program. Halp?
