Hello everyone,
I am 7 days from finishing a 30 days water fast. I would like to know if there is any procedure that I need to take to nourish my body; like, if there is any special supplement that is required or something. Also, what kind of food is the best to break the fast and what portion should I eat? I hear lots of people breaking the fast with watermelon. Is that a good choice? And how long should I keep eating Watermelon until I can introduce some more solid foods(like potatoes, which I am craving so much; better than pizza I'd say.)
