Well, the biggest thing so fat has been weight loss and the ability to continue my regular routines with sufficient energy. My biggest goal was for my eyes to turn from yellow/red to bright white, but that has not happened, probably due to my liver needing to be addressed. My skin has also become noticeably softer. That's been pretty much it. No mucoid plaque or another other major detox symptoms.
