Yahooooo! Counting down to fooooood!!!
Today is my 3rd day of water only. Yesterday was extremely rough - it was my first time really feeling weak after all these weeks of no food. This morning was very rough also. I was outside helping someone with their car and I think the sun did me some good. I feel much better now. Looking forward to eating on Tuesday and getting prepared for my first liver flush!

This is a reply to # 237,544Well, the biggest thing so fat has been weight loss and the ability to continue my regular routines with sufficient energy. My biggest goal was for my eyes to turn from yellow/red to bright white, but that has not happened, probably due to my liver needing to be addressed. My skin has also become noticeably softer. That's been pretty much it. No mucoid plaque or another other major detox symptoms.
