things are not always what they seem to be

soy products, animal products including fish,
oils: soy , vegetable , canola , peanut, and corn oils
unshelled nuts , peanut butter,
refined sugar, bottled fruit juices,
products that use corn syrups,
dairy products, genetically modified foods,
not to count the types of breads, and rice you buy
(most fast food breads have aluminum as a preservative gloss)

the way you cook your food , including microwaving,
pans and cookware you use (teflons, nylons, aluminum, nickel etc)
all these things add up to toxic eating period.
