Seems like you've had experience with these types of things. Money wouldn't be the issue if I could know for sure that curcumin extract would help a lot more than the root. I researched it and it seems like curcumin inhibits biofilm formation but there was no mention if it actually ELIMINATES established biofilms. Garlic seems to disrupt pathogenic microbe activity. Though I'm allergic to that it seems (or maybe it's a die-off reaction). I'm likely going to try incorporating cloves, cranberry, cinnamon, oregano, and maybe coconut oil into my daily routine along with Uva Ursi and see if that shifts anything. Thanks for your answers.
