Thanks for coming back to me. Thought that I might get a bit more feedback from the community on this.

I have had a closer inspection and its appearance in water is very different to out of the pot!

Out of water it looks just like mucus. No worm like texture or bits that resemble worms. It must just look that way when it enters the toilet / water.

I have a lot of lower back pain which is inflammation from the UC I think so its probably just mucus from that. Now I just need to know if its part of the Humaworm process of UC flaring up again. Aaarrrghhh!
