Re: What is a high enema? And how do I do one?

i tried my first high enema and was able to get in 3 quarts . this was after a 1 quart coffee enema .i have been on a juice feast for a few months and doing coffee enemas almost every day . the problem is that once i got all the 3 quarts of water in that i could only hold it about 5 minuets and then the water was leaking out.i tried getting into a shoulder stand for the gravity ,but i was told that inversions are bad with so much water in my colon .any suggestions would be appreciated .also i hung 2 enema bags at once so i wouldnt have to get up to add water .so when one bag was empty then i just switched to the next bag.made it much easier .thanks :)
