Re: Magnesium Oil Side effects

I have been using the Mag oil a few months now. I heard people use it as a deodorant under arms and I started doing so. I got a rash but was told that is common if your deficient in magnesium.
I shave underarms too and that causes a little rash too. my right underarm formed a bump the size of a small pea, was very red and had pain. I saw a whitehead on it and i guess it popped and got very small. I stilled used the mag oil and now i got a pea like bump on left underarm was very red, had pain. I stopped the oil underarms a week now, left underarm pea bump stopped hurting, but still there. I will see what happens in another week. right underarm bump is very small now, no pain, but still there. I am not sick in anyway, take about 25 vitamins a day. I see one other person posted 7 years ago they go bumps everywhere they spray the mag. oil. anyone else have this problem?
