OH MY GOD! This stupid mineral taking thing has also worsened my Candida !
I will explain: started taking RESTORE , a mineral, supposedly ground breaking new soil -based supp said to really heal Leaky Gut through some new method.

Worsening candida was the VERY FIRST thing I noticed with taking this.
Other mineral supps in the past (Basica Activa Alkalising minerals - I always noticed increased estrogen dominance effects from that (and we all know about Candida and its' fake estrogen mimicking!
Anyway, I just want to know WHY oh WHY???
Terrible eye twitching, thrush...
All from the RESTORE product.
What a pain.
Thought at one point the advice they have on the website (take MAG MALATE 1250 mg ) , WITH the supplement would have sorted out the twitch BUT NO!
Thrush still bad.
Come on someone what are we to do?
Not take minerals when we know we're severely depleted ????
When I first took the Mag Malate 1250mg , honestly the sensation of magnesium flowing through me was SO AWESOME it was almost drug -like!
I thought I'd found the answer - so disappointed.
Yet another one of the false trails in this whole healing game.
Maybe the likes of Dr L.Wilson and his belief that all has to be done through diet is the sad truth.
But no, he does have recommendations for certain amounts of mineral supplementation... I've read him saying that...
