"Concentrated magnesium solutions without calcium exponentially worsen Candida albicans infections of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract"
It's late at night and I'm too tired to delve further into that site or its references -- but if anyone finds info in that site refuting what my take on it is, I can revise these two posts...
An obvious question is, is it ok for people with candida to take magnesium if they take calcium at the same moment? (so they both hit the gut at the same time)
But hey, I've seen little hints elsewhere online of magnesium being a problem for candida people... I wish I would have saved those links to show others!
