Help! Does my baby stool have parasites? If so, what are they??

My baby was born naturally at the time of birth I didn't know I had an infestation of parasites.

For the past 7 months my little one has been most unwell with bad wind pain, blood/mucus stools, weight loss (despite being fed via NG Tube), restless sleep, irritability, squirmy. The list goes on and on. After seeing every Dr and specialist in town I have started to take matters into my own hands, investigating and analysing our journey right from the start.

From birth bub was vomiting mucus and stringy things, at 4 days old bub was admitted to NICU for 12% weight loss and dehydration. Tummy was drained and tube fed for a week. Breastfeeding was tricky and we ended up on a total elimination diet, never got to baseline and bub was not gaining weight, hence the feeding tube. Once We started formula everything got worse. And I started to notice lots more mucus and blood and stringy things. Looking back through photos of nappies I realised this had been occurring almost since birth.

The below photos were before bubs tummy was drained on day 4 of life. Do they look like worms and is it possible that is what was swallowed at birth? All tests scans and ultrasounds came back clear and doctors have been baffled since. I've also added some photos from january up until now.
