Buy a good tongue scraper, most foul smell comes from the gunk on your tongue. Also brush with water only, then swish with H2O2.

H2O2 will kill all bad germs that also create foul smell.

Good idea about just fasting without thinking how many days. One day at a time is the best way to fast.
