Starting a water fast with no days set for length, just going to go with my body's feeling.
Last year I had viral meningitis, which lasted about 2 months. I am still feeling after effects, such as tight stiff neck muscles, my right ear has been painful, and I feel like I have extensive brain fog.
This water fast is my only shot at healing these ailments because I am much too young to feel this way.
My only issue is I have to work, and I know I will need to talk to colleagues. How can I get around the bad breathe? I was thinking brushing with baking soda was to help me but I don't wan to puke. Thoughts?
