juice fast and immune globulins of the subclass G

If your lips improve during a juice fast or during a water fast, and once you end the fast, your lips go back to inflammation/peeling, it usually have one simple explanation:
You are suffering from the type 3 food allergy , also called food intolerance, and in order to figure out what it is, you need the proper Elimination-Rotation Diet .

A type III food allergy is when the immune system produces specific IgG antibodies (immune globulins of the subclass G). These antibodies can lead to inflammatory processes.
In case of a type III food allergy , the symptoms may appear up to three days after the consumption of a trigger food or trigger cosmetic, or trigger anything else.

Because it can take up to 3 days for symptoms to appear after getting in contact with the allergen, most people have a serious problem figuring out what the real trigger or triggers could be, especially when the trigger is some extremely common food item, like gluten, milk, wheat, corn, soy, or when the trigger is something that is almost always present inside their home like dust mites, cat dander, dog dander, or something that is almost every day coming in contact with their mouth like toothpaste, braces, tooth fillings, makeup, cosmetics, mouth wash, etc.

In most cases, EC is actually triggered by a type III food allergy,IgG, (immune globulins of the subclass G).

Most often, it is an allergic reaction (III/IgG) to gluten, or wheat, or milk, or eggs, or soy, or nuts, or other grains, or many other foods like industrially processed foods, or strawberries, or SLS, or other fruits, berries, nuts, corn syrup, cat dander, dog dander, vaselin, aquaphor, coconut oil, braces, mouth wash, dietary supplements, tooth fillings or even something else.
No 2 people in the world are 100% identical, so the EC trigger may be different in different people, even if gluten, grains and milk are the most common triggers for the majority.
