HI longterm, the whole program is done on a juice fast. It is not cheap but it is a once in a lifetime. It would be interesting to see if my EC does disappear completely. All programs have the liver cleanse and colonics, these are a must I think. It must be a minimum 7 days as this is the minimum term required to cleanse the blood.

I don't know how I feel about the Lyme.
