I had a small fibroid, maybe about the size of a pea, that went away from iodine. I had the fibroid for over a year with no change, then started Iodine and in 2-3 months it disappeared . Hope that helps. It is also slowly shrinking my ovarian cysts. I use Lugol's Iodine 150mg a day
