I hate the Salt Water Flush
It is my second day of Master-Cleanse and I am not sure if i can do the salt water flush anymore. I puked some of the mixture up this morning. Ugghh it is so gross. Does anyone know if you get the same results if you drink the lax tea morning and night?
Or if there is a better way to deal with this?
