I ate a whole forest last night. Only thing I "bought" was the 2 heads of broccoli. The rest of it all was cut from my yard and eaten in 1/2 hr.
My friend also said I should refeed low carb for n+1 days. As in, fast for 3 days then eat for 4. Except, I am not feeling it. I am rather tired of eating.
I think I want to fast another 3-4 days before my next meal.
I dunno, I hope it doesn't lower my metabolic rate.
This morning I felt like coffee, so I had some. And it almost feels like "aaaahhh that is about what I missed yesterday"
