Hi Jane123,
I have that too! My ears make this cracking sound whenever I try to wiggle it, and everyone can hear it whenever they try to place their ear near mine.
How long did it take for you for that ear thing to go away? It's been bothering me for 2 months now. I had the IUD taken out a week after the ear thing started. Hopefully mine will go away soon.
