I drank 1 cup of orange juice 44 hours in, can I still fast?

Hey everyone, this is my first time on this forum so i am not sure if i am doing this right but here goes.

I AM SORRY THIS IS SO LONG BUT I WANTED TO GIVE A GOOD DESCRITION OF EVERYTHING I FEEL, PLEASE HELP!

I started Water Fasting on thursday (8th june), my last meal was at 7 am and it was 1 cup oats, two bananas, 1 cup almonde milk, half cup blue berries, tsp of cinnomon, tbl spoon of ground flaxseeds and 1/4 cup of peacon nuts, all mixed together no heat. (I don't know if this is relevent but i just want to give as much detail as possible, if not, if you're not fasting, i reccoment you try it, it's yummy 😜)

So i have been getting a lot of stick from all my friends and family from fasting. They are all convinced that i am going to die. They bring up the fact that I am 17 and that my body can't handle it because i am too young.I will be 18 in 2 months and i don't think my body will change much in that time as i stopped developing mostly at 14.

I was scared of fasting because i read all the detox symptoms, and i was pleasently suprised that i felt great the first and second day. The first day i felt hungry for a bit but then had lots of energy, the second day i felt great too but had some muscle soreness and a small amount of diarrhea. Apart from that, i was amazed at how good i felt, no headache, no dizziness, no cravings, no crabbyness, no lack of energy... Heck i was starting to worry that my body just wasn't detoxing as i read every where that the first 2 days are the worse.

On the second day (the 9th) i woke up at 7am and went to bed last night at 3am, it was pretty late and i would have felt tired even if i wasn't fasting. I had a hot bath before that with a bath bomb for sore muscles. I found that after i left the bath my heart rate increased a lot. I drank a lot of water and then layed on my back . i could hear my heart and i could physically feel it pump blood around my body. It's kinda how you feel after going for a run.

It's also worth mentioning that before my fasting (1 week before) something had been worrying me.i feel a pulse in my lower abdominals and it's bloated. Yesterday in the bath i looked down and saw that my stomach was actually physically pulsing too, i felt it more prominantly when i layed on my back. This worried me so much as the only diagnoses that fit all the symptoms was an aortic aneurysm. I am young so i would usually brush this aside but for the last 5 months i have had pulsating tinnitus on my right ear and see flashing light through the peripheral vission of my right eye. Due to this, and lots of visits to the doctors, they decided to give me an MRI scan to test me for retrocochlear, a glomus tumour and a brain aneurysm to see if i have any of those.

It's been two weeks post scan and i still don't have the results, i may need to collect them my self. Anyway, super worried, i called 111(a non- emergency diagnotic service in the UK) I explained to them what i was feeling hoping they would put me at ease, but they just old me to go the the doctors to get it checked out as soon as possible ( which would be monday)... It obvously didn't put my mind at rest...

I am someone that has had frequent panic attacks all their life, well since i was 6... And i get heart pulpitations sometimes during the panic attacks and sometimes at random. They were scary at first but super manageable after i learned some relaxation techniques and started meditating.

Well, last night i was tired, my heart rate was increased from the bath and then from the worry, i tried taking deep breaths and meditating but i couldn't slow it down. Once i finally started to go to try to sleep, i started getting strong heart pulpitations. They were happening frequently and it felt like my heart slowed. They happened when i layed on my back and sides, when i sat up and stood up. I started feeling huge hunger pangs that i had not felt yet, and also felt slightly sicky. I drank more water, took deep breaths, tried yoga, tried meditation, watched tv, put a film on to try to sleep with the film... Nothing was working... I started feeling dizzy.

I don't know if this was lack of rest as it was 4 am at the time, idk if it was a detox symptom, idk if i worried my self too much or if my heart was just not responding well to the lack of glucose in my body and the gluconeogenic state. All i know is it was horrible and i tried to fight the urge to break my fast so much but in the end i filled up a bottle with half squeezed orange juice and half water and started taking small sips. I felt so disapointed in my self, like i failed... But as soon as i finished drinking, everything stopped, the pulpitations were gone, i felt calm, the headache stopped, my trembling stopped, the dizziness went and i felt warmer.

There is a lot of info on Water Fasting online but so much of it contradicts each other. It's hard to know who to believe. I read forums last night before ending my fast saying if you get any organ pain then you should stop the fast immediately as it could be your organs shutting down and i also read another one that said it could be the beginning of a heart attack. So i drank my orange juice and cried about my failure. And this morning i brushed my teeth thinking it didn't matter as i broke my fast.

Then later this morning, on this forum i started reading about other people that have had them and their bodies healed themselves in a few days... I still don't know 100% if what i felt was normal or not but that certainly assured me more. I wish i saw that last night... I started fasting to break my cravings for sugary foods, heal some scars and if i did have a problem with my brain... Maybe help it to. Oh and the weight loss would be an added benifit as i have always been chubby but it wasn't the main goal.

It's been 5 hours since i drank orange juice, and about 30 mins since i brushed my teeth. I want to know if you think i can still continue my fast after this. If i do what will happen to me? Do i start all over into the glucose and then stored glycogen state in the liver before getting back to glucoseneogenisis, or do i still continue from gluconeogenisis. Or on the other hand should i stop my fast by eating small portions of fruit, and if i do end my fast, should i eat for a few days and start again? Should i just continue eating normally and forget about fasting as my body reacted in such way or should i try intermittent fasting for a while?

Again, i am sorry i know this is long but i don't know who to turn to, even doctors don't support fasting. :(
