I went from 214 on April 14, 2005 (after a visit to my cardiologist - knowing I had to do something).
Started The Master Cleanse on April 15 -- for 15 days and lost 13 pounds.
I literally ate fruits and veggies for the next 60 days and worked out every day and by July 15th I was 170.
So here I sit a year later at 183 and plan to be 175 by the time this is over (in 10 days). I leave on vacation on July 14th and my goal is to be back at 170 -- or the same weight I was last year at that time.
