If you truly change your eating habits post cleanse. I lost about 45 pounds last year doing The Master Cleanse and eating healthy - as well as incorporating exercise. I gained 13 pounds back -- of which I'm now in the process of losing. For me (at 5'8 1/2") I feel good at about 170 -- though 160 is ideal for me. Right now I'm 183. So the plan is to get back down to 170 (with the Master-Cleanse giving me a kick start) then I plan to shed my way all the way down to 160 getting back to the fruits and veggies and keeping up the cardio at least 4 times a week.
Doing the Master-Cleanse alone will not keep the weight off -- you really must incorporate lifestyle changes and exercise. But for the most part (except for those pesky 13 pounds) I've kept it off for a year.
