After you refeed for at least 14 days, do this...Before each meal drink half a cup of warm water with 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 pinches of Sea Salt , 1 tsp of honey and 1 pinch of cayenne pepper. If you do this everyday, each meal, your Gerd will go away.
