Congrats on 5 days, or did you make it to 14. Either way any amount of days is to be congratulated as you have finally allowed yourself to see the possibilities.
As crazy as it sounds your experience with vomiting is a good thing. If I were you I would prefer to not have that in my body. Your body is digging in deep and expelling the waste that is not supposed to be in your body.
Most of the time it gets worse before it gets better. Thats why fasting is not easy. Anything worth having never comes easy.
Keep on doing your best and keep fasting. Sometimes it gets too hard and we reach a point where we need to break the fast, but please do not be discouraged. The more days you go the better, so if you reach a point it becomes unbearable break the fast and start again in a few days or a week.
In regards to your refeeding. Please please stay away from eggs, dairy and meat. We are frugivores if you can switch to a mainly fruit and raw vegetable diet you will increase your health and detox your body.
