Be diligent :) I hear what you're saying -- it's day 5 for me and yesterday was tough. We went to the pool in the afternoon and I was surrounded by goodies. Then dearest hubby (with friend) went to a local fast food joint and brought that crap home for me to smell. But you know what - I'm glad they did. His friend (who is morbidly overweight) sat there scarfing and a sweatin trying to eat his 1 pound burger and it made me realize I'm doing the absolute best thing for my body.
Try to turn those cravings into a positive and the next time you get the urge tell yourself "do I really want to put that in my body"? It worked for me yesterday :)
