What are you doing for adrenal cortex support-glandular, pregnenolone, Vit C, B5, Zinc, not low iron, etc?

How do you know cortisol is low?

My impression is that we should take that test on a day that we feel fatigued after days of stress, not on a day when we are amped up due to stress, etc.

Doing anything for immune system support--vitamin D, A, zinc, etc?
