Advice needed, die off from antifungals

I have read this forum a lot recently and am hoping I can get some advice as much for my mental health as well as overall.

In short, have started anti fungals Nystatin and Fluconazole and after a good first day or so now feel pretty horrible.

My story is similar to a lot of people

1) On/off battle with sinusitis and prostatitis. have really smashed it with steroids and anti-biotics
2) Little relief from the anti biotics but noted diet and apple cider vinegar helped
3) A few of my nails turned fungal about a year ago
4) About four months ago my tongue turned white and quite scalloped.
5) I also have very low cortisol levels. LDN did not work well, now I know it could be the candida
6) Had SIBO diagnosis also

I am now on day 5 of the anti fungal treatment 3 x per day of 500,000 unit capsules for Nystatin and 150mg of the Fluconozole 2x a day.

Whilst my white tongue has cleared a bit my inflammation is very high. Sinuses are blocked, so feel a bit fatigues, also feel a little wired and my erection quality non existent (too much detail here I know but it looks like I have an invisible elastic band around my penis sometimes as it looks constricted).

Question is, do I tough it out or reduce the dose a bit?

Has anyone else had this?
