Chronic Moderate/Severe back acne for 11 years.

Hello everyone!

This is my first ever post on this website. I've been coming here for quite some time now. I'm going to TRY to keep this short haha. So I've had back Acne since I was about 13 years old for seemingly no reason. At the time I didn't think much of it, it was only a couple pimples here and there. Since then it has gotten worse and my b Acne was really bad when I was about 14/15 years old, spreading to my upper arms, having cysts on my back and what not. Keep in mind to my diet was pretty horrible as a kid and also had a ton of dental work (mercury fillings, root canals). When I turned 16 I started working out and changed to a way healthier diet. I just turned 24 and this Acne is still as stubborn as ever, though not as inflamed as it used to be.

Now here's the strange part. I've only ever had this severe acne on my back. My face is completely clear.

Like so many of you guys, over the years I've tried A LOT of things to clear my skin. And when I was younger I would absolutely OBSESS about it (luckily it was on my back so no one ever saw it). It was a big big insecurity of mine. Flash forward to a couple of months ago I tried something else; Probiotics. Now I heard how the gut actually effects the skin and I listened to Dr. Eric Bakker talk about Candida, leaky gut, sibo and what not. So I figured I would give it a try. I took about 150 billion units a day (I know that's kinda a lot) and all of the sudden my back just stopped breaking out.. Like completely. I thought to myself "My god I finally found the cure!!". So I kept up with it for about 3 weeks and still my skin was clear. Then OF COURSE about a month and a half later it starts to come back again. Now keep in mind I'm also using a colon cleansing herb called Fiberzon which also cleared my skin when I first started taking it then sure enough the acne slowly came back.

So I decided to do a parasite cleanse and a digestive/colon cleanse, Hulda Clark s cleanses to be exact. I'm about 2 months into the cleanse and no real difference has been made on my back but I'm still sticking with it because I know the gut needs time to heal and rid itself of all parasites.

What do you guys think is the issue with my skin? I never really heard of someone having chronic back acne for nearly 11 years in a row non-stop. The probiotics gave me the false impression of a cure but I know for a fact it has something to do with my gut I just don't know where to start. I only use apple cider vinegar with tea tree oil to cleanse my back. I try to eat a healthy as possible. I still haven't done Hulda Clark 's kidney cleanse and Liver Flushes and I heard great stories about the Liver Flush for acne. Is a sluggish liver the cause of this chronic condition? I need to get rid of this crap on my back once and for all. If you guys have any ideas for me, that would be awesome.

Please help!

Thank you
