Re: Mineral deficiency is no joke magnesium

You are right the mineral imbalances can be quite complicated. The MDs don't study it or believe in hair tests so you won't get far with them. My dad is an MD and I tried everything before I arrived at nutritional balancing. It is the only thing that is making significant changes in my body for the better. And the hair tests are really insightful, they will tell you why things are crazy, they do it without you having to tell them about your symptoms and they are spot on. My tests cost $75 and you get unlimited time with the practitioner to go over it. You then get a list of exactly what to take. Taking supplements without the test is just guesswork. It works! I'm constantly amazed by how my body is healing, including very old things. I had many metals, as most people do. Adrenal fatigue is basically accumulation of toxic metals.
